University PCN court claim

Hi! trying my luck.


Recieved a claim form with a sum of ~£1000 owed for 7-10 parking tickets received in 2018 at university.

I now have the options to respond with acknowledgement of service, part admission or a defence.

As these are private tickets, is there any way this case can be won?

Acknowledge the claim with the intention to defend. Use the details and password on the form. This gives you 33 days form the date of issue to get a defence to the court.
