    So on starting to reply, to BW LEGAL I have noticed I have letters from another company PP LEGAL , BW are demanding £160 and PP £170, if this was not so stressful it would be laughable !!
    BW state I can reply on line whether it be disputing or paying the fine is this ok or is Letter better ? , I am still disputing this so that will be the basis of any correspondence.

      Good Evening I have received a County Court claim form over the Xmas period , stating I have a limited time to reply to it, pay it, or dispute it etc, so now I do not know what to do ie ignore it, or dispute it using advice given to me previously any comments would be appreciated.
