HI All,
Thanks in advance for any help.
In summary , I parked in a block of flats where UKPC state they controlled the parking . They said I parked without permit. I appealed saying signage too small to read and no contract.
It then went to Gladstones. Now I have received CC letter from County Court Business Center asking me to pay;
Amount claimed: 173.06
Court Fee: 25
Legal Rep Costs: 50
Total Amount: 248.06
Any advice is appreciated.
PS - Im working abroad so wont be able to attend in person if court case.
I have completed the acknowledgement of service.
