I Have lived in my flat for 5 years never any issue with parking till one day I received a PCN. long story short they issued me with a PCN without displaying there signage they claimed they do but in there own evidence you can see a redundant sign. After the PCN was issued they came and placed there sign on top. all there evidence proves this yet they tell me the signage was there a month before. I have been through IPA,IPC & the company who issued the ticket all are refusing to accept yet the proof is there. the pictures attached show their evidence with my car and the yellow sign in the background and then the other one is where they placed their signage on top after the PCN was issued.Im Now getting debt letters which I refuse to pay and happy to go to court anyone got any advice?

First of all get out your lease and see what it says about parking. Do you have your own parking space that came with the flat?
Have you contacted the management company and demand that they cancel. Try not to identify the driver, you do everything as the keeper.
What did the "redundant" sign say, if you can remember? The new sign says authorised users only but as a resident you are authorised so where is their problem.

Post up a picture of the original Notice to Keeper that you received.

thank you .... in the lease it doesn't state parking. but a new owner of a retail unit came along and implemented this as its there land i don't depute this however the signage was not in place at the time of issue. the yellow sign is from a previous parking company but i have never had any trouble in 5 years.

i also spoke to the lady who implemented this and she allowed me to park there after the PCN and i never received another one. just seems they are hell bent on getting my money. It seems as though not one person wants to look at the evidence which they submitted there self.

Was a windscreen PCN attached to the vehicle?
Have you had a postal Notice to Keeper?
What is the exact wording for the alleged contravention?
Can you prove the date/time when the 2nd picture (new sign) was taken?
