Excel Parking Services Fine Iceland HELP

Hi i would just point out am a new driver and currently under alot of stress due to other reasons, I useally never go to iceland, i parked bought somthing and as i left i saw the sign. I stopped just outside and bought a ticket since i wasnt sure how to react to the situation. Any tips, should i just pay the reduced fee of £60 and be done with. Like i said am under a lot of stress this just doesnt help. Its disappointed how the price goes up from 1 pound hour to £100. This is the first time something like this happened If anyone got any tips on what i should do well appreciated.
