    PCN from excel parking at rainbow slides in stirling

    Hi, has anyone had a PCN from this company and what did you do? Car was parked there in Jan. Then received a letter from excel stating he had to pay £60 within 14 days or £100 within 28. Any advice welcome, thanks

    No keeper liability in Scotland. Ignore and file all bar court papers (or a proper letter before action).
