I parked in my local retail park, i decided to pop into the local church across the road to light a candle & say a prayer before I visited the shops . On my return to the car after shopping in the retail park i had a parking notice attached to my windscreen saying that I had been 'observed leaving the site'. The parking ticket looks a bit makeshift. It has the time I was observed departing, & the time of issue was 15 minutes later. Surely this would not stand up in court. there is no name of the issuer & the fine is excessive £100/£60. Can they press me for payment. Or do I need to go and light another candle!!
