I've always parked in my friends husbands bay when visiting as he is normally at work, on this occasion the normal space was taken so parked In a different spot, I have received a pcn as never realized there is 2 different car parks in one area not until I rang !y friend about this pcn

Also just noticed that it states location of camera is in SE 12, I have never been there

Get pictures of the signs from your friend and post them up as well as a scan of the PCN (blank out name, address, reg number)

I 100% do not know where the location is, I've never been there by foot or car x

Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. My vehicle has never been to the location stated on your notice. The notice to keeper is also woefully inadequate when it comes to the statutory requirements of PoFA 2012 schedule 4.

Please check your records and cancel this charge.
