    their fee is ok for me, compared to what I could lose with time off work.
    I think the keeper will prefer that option.
    will have a think about it.

      Time off work ? They only appeal for you. They don't, and can't, appear in any court case for you. If they did help with a court case it'd be as a lay rep and a lay rep can't act if the defendant in't present.

        Ignoring the fact that I find the actions of the parking companies totally disgusting and looking at this from a strictly financial view, the question for me is "am I going to spend 2 hours or more dealing with this?"
        i think the answer is probably "yes"
        if this is the case then it just isn't worth it - I might as well be at work,warm, comfortable and not waiting for a load of paperwork to drop through my letterbox.
