  • PCN from National Parking Enforcement

    Hello
Looking for some advice please, I’ve been issued a Penalty Notice from National Parking Enforcement for parking on private land for 4 minutes, I wasn’t actually parked just waiting. I was in my work vehicle which is leased so only just received the notice from my employer. Please can I have some advice if I have any grounds to appeal this, my reasons are: I wasn’t parked, just waiting, there was insufficient signage and adequate lighting therefore I didn’t realise I was on private land and not allowed to wait there. I’ve attached all the paperwork and photos of the carpark I’ve just gone and taken. When the notice was issued it was dark. Many thanks

Did you get a part of the hire agreement that you signed accepting liability?

did the original PCN also have notice of keeper liability as defined in POFA 9 (2) (f)?

It's not a penalty, only a mere invoice.

Edit so the identity of the driver cannot be inferred
