  • CSB Solicitors

    Hi guys,
So I received 2 letters after appealing the initial PCN received. The parking company rejected the appeal claiming that I stayed for more than 24hours which is completely untrue. Now I have receive a letter from the solicitors, CSB. They are requesting for payment within 14 days or legal actions will be instigated against me. Any advise please ?

So let's see the redacted PCN but leave dates, and the appeal Has the driver been identified? Yes or No

Perhaps a bit more of the story

I would think the solicitors are acting as debt collectors and can be ignored

edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. The driver drove, the keeper received the PCN

The keeper was identified not the driver.

They already knew the keeper. Can the driver show they were elsewhere during that period?

I presume the driver made visits to the car park on consecutive days. What sort of location was it?

          Where is the PCN?

No point in appealing to the IAS, just wait for the begging letters and court.
