    Why did you use the "without prejudice save as to costs" heading? Do you understand what it actually means or was it a good idea at the time?

      As stated direct from Parking Cowboys site which LB recommends using I understand

      I'm going to delete this for moment while I consider this is too much info in case i need a court defence later

        If you use WOPSC at the start of a letter then you can't use that letter in the proceedings. You need to givethe other side your defence before any court case and just presenting in court new information that hasn't been given to the other side will result in that information being thrown out.

        That particular appeal is not recommended and shows that you do not really understand what is is about.

          Hi there,
          i received a parking charge notice while stopping on double yellow for just less than five minutes to take my medicine and displaying my blue badge but still received a letter asking to pay a penalty because it’s a private road ... so what I need to know is do I still need to pay this penalty or I can appeal it?
