  • Parking Charge Notice With wrong registration on

    Hi,
Please can you advise me ,
i received a parking charge notice today for parking in a disabled bay in a retail park issued by premier parking solutions, although I forgot to display my blue badge as I am an amputee. After reading the notice they have entered the wrong registration number on it, do I have to pay! And if I don’t have they the right to ask DVLA for my details if they have a photo of my vehicle ( don’t know if they have photo evidence)?
    regards

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred

If you ignore the windscreen ticket with the incorrect VRM on it they may realise their error when the apply to the DVLA with the incorrect number after 28 days. Either someone else will get a Notice to Keeper about your car or they will realise they have the wrong number. And reissue with the correct VRM from any photos. Therein lies a problem for them: the Notice to Driver and the Notice to Keeper have to agree.
