  • MET Parking Charge Notice Final Reminder due 13th October

Just received final reminder. looked at previous threads in various forums saying should ignore all reminders and they would go away. Got slightly nervous yesterday and re googled. looks like they were pre 2012 and things have changed.

I stopped at Stansted McDonalds on the way to a meeting for a cup of coffee and something to eat. I didn't see the signs about length of stay being restricted and went over the time. Have since spoken to McDonalds who said issue isn't with them.

What should I do bearing in mind this is the final reminder and the 14 days to respond two days time.
    Any help much appreciated.

If you are out of time to appeal, file and ignore unless you get a letter before claim or court papers.

Thanks, I still have time to appeal to them via their online process but out of time for POPLA so they say.

Well that's not right as popla follows the internal appeal stage. If you can appeal, do so.
