  • Parking Eye

    Hi everyone
I have recently received a parking charge from Parking Eye. It was for parking for 34 mins in a private car park which the driver didn't realise it was. They are now asking for £100 as I have been away and didn't pay the lower amount in time. What I really need to know is do I need to pay this at all, many thanks

As long as you have time to appeal, do so. You will not be in any worse a position if unsuccessful but have a good chance of victory at popla.
