Right when my mum was picking me up from Gatwick she stopped in mcdonalds for food and drink while waiting. The ticket days she was there 77 minutes when your only aloud 60. They want £100. Only problem I have is that is was so busy and even with a parking attendant there it took over 10 minutes for her to actually get a parking space and get parked and and she is also disabled so it also takes longer for her to get in and out the car and to and from the resteraunt. Have I got grounds for a appeal as of she got parked straight away she would not have been there longer then 60 minutes? But due to it being so busy once she entered the car park there were that many cars waiting that she couldn't even leave straight away as the aisles were blocked.

The driver was held up due to the amount of traffic and took over 10 minutes from getting to the car park to parking and about the same on exit. Further the driver being disabled requires a reasonable adjustment under the equalities act 2010 which hasn't be done.
