Good morning all im new to this so please except my apologizes if im in the wrong place, Received a parking charge notice from MET parking services today in the post for a £100 this is the 1st i know about it i was in the McDonalds at Gatwick on the 14/08/2016 and it states i over stayed by 11 minutes. Notice issue date is dated 16/09/2016 which is over a month ago. i would appreciate it if someone could tell me do i have to pay this please.

Try an appeal and see if they'll take an appeal rather than say "you're too late, feck off"

Phone and see if it finds it if you try to pay ( obviously don't actually pay)

I have received this to day please could you advise what to do now, also i would like to state that im a blue badge holder with various medical conditions so it takes me longer to get in and out of a car also to walk any distance with out discomfort should i let POPLA know this and send any medical evidence off as well. many thanks for all your help
