Premier park parking charge notice

Hello please could someone advise me on a parking charge notice I have received from premier park. The car was in the car park 19 while they fed and changed their baby. They didn't leave the car park. They didn't see any signs whilst there. It's Exeter road car park in Braunton. Is it legally enforceable? ? It has a po box as contact address? I'm tempted to ignore!

Hi just wondering how you got on as I am in a similar position with almost exact same conditions. Just stopped to sort out toddler tantrum, was there about 20 minutes but as was after 6pm didn't think there would be a problem as other car parks in Braunton free afte 5pm and I saw nothing to imply that this was a private car park. Just assumed it was a public one as the big P seemed same and really wasn't concentrating otherwise, more pressing concerns!

No I have just seen this today must if missed the notification so will write to them tonight. I have already said I was driving as I had stopped to feed my baby. Will this make a difference
