    I have the same question as UNCLE MAX,I have recieved a parking fine notice 30 days after the alleged violation,we did actually have
    a ticket from the machine purchased by my daughter-in-law,my wife gave her the car reg they obviously didnt check their machines
    and I cannot fill in their on-line appeal form,is there anything more I can do before I let them know I am appealing this notixe?

      If there was no notice on the windscreen then the Notice to Keeper has to be received within 14 days. If not then they can only hold the driver responsible and therr is no keeper liability therefore it is imperative that the driver is not identified.

      Post up the NTK, with identifying details removed.

      P.S. This is not a parking fine, it is a speculative invoice.

        Very little you can do before you appeal.

        Appeal - lose, popla - win most of the time is as good as it gets usually.
