    Dear all.

    I have receive by post a 2nd demand for payment of £100.00 I have read on the net do not respond ! I received this demand on the 14th of July and I have not responded . The driver parked near a café in Leytonstone on what looked like waste ground I have seen via Google map that there was a sign but they were at the other end of the was land and there was not no other signs . They did not get a ticket on my car but got the fine in the post.
    should I respond now asking for more information .

      I don't know where that information about not responding is coming from, it has not been the advice since 2012. Remove the indications of who was driving from your post. What was the date of the alleged transgression and what data did the first letter arrive?

      Can you add the first letter on here, with identifying details removed. Also give a Google Maps link to the site.
