Good Evening,
I have received a parking charge notice through the post and already done the first bit of the appeal and it has been rejected with a POPLA code sent back.
I did confirm I was the driver in the first instance and said I did not see the signage therefore I stayed longer than the 60 minutes.
I have never done an appeal before so any help would be greatly appreciated.
If I had known about the charge there is no way I would have stayed for that long! It was around 84 minutes so 24 over the allocated time.
