Tnc parking services chasing!

Help please.
received a letter for TNC parking services demanding money and also a call..all has been ignored so far..as been advised by many in same position..is this the right thing to do !?L? Ticket was purchased , but fell face down due to condensation..and on New Year's Day!!

Ignore has not been the advice since 2012.
What is the reason for the claim ? Have you still got the original letter. Was there a ticket on the windscreen?
They can hold the registered keeper liable if they adhere to the strict requirements of POFA. Paragraph 8 if a ticket on te windscreen otherwise parapgraph 9. Everything must be there on the letter. Did the letter arrive within the required time ? Within 14 days if no notice on the windscreen and between days 28 and 56 if a ticket on the windscreen. Do not identify the driver.

I wouldn't have ignored initially but as you have squandered the chance to appeal it is best to ignore, and file everything, unless court papers turn up.
