Parking Eye fine
Hello,
I went to Argos at Walsall crown wharf 2 weeks ago to pick up a product l had ordered online, I thought that I was just going to take 5 minutes since all I had to do was pick it up and live. However it took longer and I totally forgot to pay for parking. Today I received a parking fine from Parking Eye saying that I stayed for 30 minutes, the letter mentioned that if I paid within 14 days i would only pay £50 but if I don't pay on time..it will go up to £80.
Will I be able to appeal because I don't know how I will be able to get £50 in 14 days as I already have other bills to pay.
Really need advice.
