    CHELTENHAM MATALAN - Can anything be done?

    Hi all,

    Situation: Parked in Matalan Cheltenham genuinely under the impression it wasn't a pay and display! Evidently I don't have much time to appeal as I have only picked this up today.

    Attached: 1 x PCN

    You've got 14 days to appeal from the date on the letter (4th April by the looks of it) so there's still a week yet
