  • Met Parking ticket Virgin Active

    Hi all
Last night the driver of my vehice received a parking ticket from MET at Virgin Active in Merton Abbey.

We have emailed Virgin Active to explain the situation and see if they can sort this out for us, but if not just
want your advise as how to proceed.

We have attached a picture of the ticket and the space.

It is a free car park for Virgin Members only and up to 4 hour stay.

    Many thanks

It's best to speak to the gym manager but wait until you get a reply since you already wrote to them.

Otherwise await a notice to keeper which should arrive between days 28 & 56.

Should i not appeal to met first or just ignore the appeal and wait for ntk?

          Wait for the NTK.

Would it hurt my case if I appeal to met with photo evidence of the parking space with the dividing lines removed?Or will they just refuse my appeal anyway?

Just wondering why it's best to wait for ntk

              They will refuse regardless.

The NTK has statutory requirements which they struggle to comply with. A driver has no such safeguard.
