  • Asda fine by smart

Hi can someone please help me with some advice I had gone shopping at Asda on Saturday with my disabled mother and 2 kids and over stayed the hours, honestly speaking as this was based in town centre I had gone to other store before shopping at Asda as its not easy moving vehicle from car park to another with disabled person and two kids. Both me and my mother did some shopping and grabbed something to eat at the Asda cafe unfortunately I threw this receipt but kept both mine and mothers receipt for the shopping I have already spoken to Aada staff at branch and emailed their customer service on both occasion they have advice they cannot refund need to write to Smart but I thought I'll get some advice.

Was this on the car or via post ?

Staff are hopeless. Manager, when it's busy is best, in public view but not going mental and loud although embarrasment for them is good. Twitter and facebook too as it's a bit public for their liking.

I'd wait for the notice to keeper to arrive by post which should be after 28 days but before 5 then post it up so we can appeal.

Great I'll let you know when I get the notice in the post, so I should allow the 14 days to elapse?
