Bangor Lidl - Overstayed PCN - Advice request

Hi, my wife has received a Parking Charge Notice from Athena because they calim she overstayed by 37 minutes. Their claimed limit is 1 hr 30 mins. It is the usual £45 now, £90 later letter.

I have attached an anonymous version of the letter.

Please can someone advise on grounds for appeal.

First is to go into Lidl taking your receipts or bank statement with you and harangue the manager into getting the charge cancelled.

Hi I overstayed in Lidl romford 15 minutes longer. That i'll need to do? I' ll pay 45£? Where i can get parking charge notice?
