Smart parking ticket

I parked in Asda car park busy Saturday with 3 children went to pay for ticket discovered I had not enough change ran to customer services stood in queue for change to buy a ticket when I returned to my car less than 5 mins later I had a parking fine and they took a photo of the back of my car which is very blurry I'm very disgruntled at this do I have grounds to contest it

You go straight back into ASDA and demand that they get the charge cancelled. Not the customer help desk but the manager.

If that is not successful then wait for the nnext bit of paper, a Notice To Keeper.

It is not a "Fine" as its a private parking company. What was the alleged "offence"?
