  • Parking eye default judgement

I didn't know I had a ccj as the pub where I parked knew I was there and said bring fine in and they would deal with it and get it cleared well they didn't and 5 months later I realised I had a ccj !! I have paid the £200 fine now and got it satisfied now I understand I can pay £50 parking eye court costs and get them to sign a consent form and they can get it lifted has anyone done this ?

    Re: Parking eye default judgement

People have set aside Parkingeye judgements. Having already paid the £200 i'm not sure they will agree to set aside a judgement as long as you pay everything. The only way is to ask them.

You were ordered to pay £250 ? Seems steeper than normal. I thought you wanted to pay but set aside the judgement to remove the CCJ from your credit record rather than just pay to have it marked as satisfied.

You can't request to have it removed until it is satisfied. Has anyone managed to get parking eye to remove the ccj you pay £50 court fees and they sign a consent form?

Once a CCJ is registered the place on the CCJ register is nothing to do with the claimant.
