Andy what process do I need to follow please? I have received a parking fine from smart parking asda chadderton on 17/09/15 for parking in a parent/toddler bay ( there were lots of other spaces so I saw no real issue with this) this fine is not valid as not issued by council they are a private company? please can you advise?

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine shopper. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .




Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
