Asda smart parking error please help

Hi there I am a newbie here I hope you can help. I received a letter from smart parking stating that I had parked over the allotted Time at the Asda in kings heath. Truth is I was celebrating a religious festival that day and went to the store twice in succession once at 1pm and again at 2:30ish. I paid in cash for both occasions and have no receipt as this was over a couple weeks ago and the purchases were only minor £1 for one trip and under £5 for the second visit. I genuinely believe their anpr system has had a glitch as they have photographed my car entering at 1pm and only photographed me leaving around 2:30 when I did indeed leave within a couple of minutes each occasion. I am annoyed because I'm genuinely not at fault. I have photographic evidence of me at home celebrating a family function between the two visits. What are my rights?

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver visited twice within approximately 90 minutes . I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .




Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

thank you for your helpful response. i have noted this.

Also I referred to my home CCTV camera which upon checking does in fact show me visibly entering my property between the hours that Asda Smart Parking suggest i am in the car park. so i have screen shot that to provide alongside my response to the firm. the screen shots are date stamped from the cctv recording. if i didnt have the screen recording i would be hopelessly at the mercy of the firm. so much un necessary stress caused by this.
