  • Met Parking

    Hello Gents,

I hope you are well. I need your help. I got a letter coming via the post from Met Parking Services that I had to pay a fine of 100 pounds for staying in Mac Donalds parking site for more than an hour.

They sent me a photograph of my car and reg obtained from dvla coming intoi the site and going out.

How can I challenge the ticket?

P.S I am a regular customer of Mac Donalds.

    I would appreciate your advice.

    KindcRegards
    Nick

    Complain to McD management.

    Appeal to Met.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 8/9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.

      Hi M1

Thank you for that. The truth is that I could not start my car due to a starter problem which is fixed now.

Can I use it as an argument?

If it caused you to overstay then potentially it could be said you could never perform any contractual duties and any contract was frustrated.
