  • Advice Please - MET Parking Appeal

    Any advice gratefully received.

I received a PCN at Princes Risborough Station 2 weeks ago for £100 (reduced to £60 if paid within 14 dys). Is there any way of appealing this notice just based on that or do I have very little to go on?

    Thanks.

      Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

      Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.

Thank you so much mystery1! I'll definitely try that first - it's a wonder why these companies bother anymore, surely everyone knows by now that they're on dodgy ground for so many reasons, half the PCN is taken up with information on how to appeal for goodness sake!

Out of interest, it was a window sticker, should I ever reply at all or just leave it to see if I ever get any further correspondence?

Ah, in that case file it and wait for the notice to keeper through the post (between 28&56 days)

Ok thanks. Will wait for that and may come back here depending on what it says. Fingers crossed!
