    Hi guys,
    i had the same pcn. I don't know the exact place this was issued. Tsbansal could you confirm where it was?

      Hi Tsbansal,

      thanks for for gettung in touch. I've just found out it was my brother who parked there. He had over stayed the hour by twenty minutes. I'm unsure if I should appeal or not.
