    Re: Parking eye

    Should be fine. Appeal.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver, whom i am under no statutory obligation to name, has a ticket for the car park (see attached scan) but appears to have entered the wrong registration number. In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

Should you get a popla code please come back for more advice.

Pretty sure they'll cancel right away.

        Re: Parking eye

This wouldn't be North Tees by any chance?

Has been mentioned in another forum and PE state that they will accept appeals for mitigating circumstances in a newspaper article in the Teeside gazette

        http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/te...ickets-7960607

Laugh ??? I nearly cried at that article If you don't get a favourable response then try contacting the paper again.

It was indeed North Tees. I am hoping as I have the ticket
They may look favourably at my circumstances. Thanks for link to article in paper
