  • ParkingEye!!!

I was driving my husbands car and parked in Morrisons car park for 30 minutes longer than I should have done
My husband has now had two demands for parking charges from ParkingEye
I have looked online and the advice pre-2012 would appear to be to ignore the notices
Post-2012 it appears they will take legal action so they need to be responded to
I am struggling to work out if they are legal
I also see that there is a firm online who, for £15,will sort it for you - and if they don't, they will pay the fine!
Can anyone help with how to deal with this???

    Re: ParkingEye!!!

I would write to Parking Eye giving your name and address which stops keeper liability dead in it's tracks. Once/if you get a ticket appeal including proof of payment to the store that day and if needed come back for a popla appeal.
