    Had possibly 5 letters now .this new one stamped county court like last one .but not an official stamp came valentines day and scares me to distraction. so it works. i now owe £200 and they may take goods to value from my home . now i am worried they will pay me a visit.do i ignore still? helpppppp

      The "Official Stamp" doesn't look brilliant anyway. It looks as though you were taken to court and Parking Eye won by default as you didn't attend. There's no real option but to pay if that is the case, as you ignored other court documents. Post up a scan of the document, with personal details deleted, for others to have a look at,

        thank you . i haven't seen a letter like it before so if i was taken to court and not attended i wasn't aware. this is asking for £200 and value of goods from home if not paid could be recovered will let you know outcome as i am still not convinced this is legal.

          If it looks like that it's probably real.

          If it's not paid within 28 days the black mark stays on the credit file for 6 years.
