  • Parking eye

Hi. I myself received a PCN from parkingeye. After listening to people claiming this company cant charge you, i decided to ignore the letters they sent to me. I have no received a 'LETTER BEFORE COUNTY COURT CLAIM'. I am wondering what to do now, as i obviously do not want court action. Any advice appreciated.

Firstly, if they've sent a LBCCA it's pretty much a certainty that court action will follow. Whether you'll need to actually appear in court largely depends on the appeal this month (BEavis court of appeal).

You can settle, or attempt to, if it suits you better but giving £50/60 away isn't my cuppa.

I tend to do http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ingeye-Notices which puts you in a superior position when it comes to costs (win or lose) and also delays matters, which given that Beavis is very soon, isn't a bad idea. You may even get some information from them to help your case !!

Post up your letters etc (minus name address reg number etc) if you want further help :okay:
