  • Parking fine in Iceland car park

Can anyone advise me please. I went to my local Iceland this morning. Haven"t been there for a while and have never paid anywhere in my area on a sunday before, so i didn't think anything of it. When i came out after 20mins i had a parking charge form Excel parking services for £100. Should I pay?

    Hi Maud,
    Did you shop in Iceland?
Also could you take a picture of the PCN (Remove your vehicle registration number and the PCN number) and post it on here?

Appeal. If rejected appeal via popla.

      Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver, whom i am under no statutory obligation to name, was a genuine customer of the stores (see attached copy of receipt). In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

      Yours etc

Should you get a popla code please come back for more advice.
