Could you post up a copy of the PC (suitably redacted removing name, address and all reference numbers, but leave in all dates and times)?
It is quite possible it does not comply with the mandated conditions of the Act to enable the transfer of liability from driver to keeper.
    Hi,

Fortunately (but unfortunately) as a result of preparing the PC to send here, I opened it on a different device that showed there was more than just 1 page. This has revealed that there is proof of postage attached (though this is a form they have made themselves, not RM or an actual postal service) and the PC and Reminder. One thing I noticed is that the appearance of these notices is different to the physical ones I received for a different charge around the same time, fonts and positioning are not consistent.

Attached is the PC. The redacting changed the formatting slightly, so some letters have moved etc.

    Many thanks

The PCN does not comply strictly with the conditions mandated in POFA2012 to permit transfer of liability for unpaid charges from driver to keeper:
      1) it does not state " that the parking charges have not been paid in full;" (Sch 4 9 (2) (b))
2)It does not "specify the total amount of those parking charges that are unpaid, as at a time which is—
      (i)specified in the notice; and
(ii)no later than the end of the day before the day on which the notice is either sent by post or, a etc etc" (
      Sch4 9 (2) (d))

I/m a bit bemused by the Reason for issue: "No valid parking session."
      What does that mean?
The missing letters makes for "interesting" reading, but I assume it only says the T&Cs on the signs prohibit the aforementioned action
Do the signs say anything about "valid parking sessions"?
The link you gave to the sign is covered by an advert for an adblocker (for which I do not intend to paY!)

The hybrid mail is a digital mailing service run by Royal Mail (and we know what that service is like!)

        Hi,

Apologies about the signage link, loads of adverts have appeared since I was last on the page! I have attached the full and zoomed in pictures of it here.

I have also attached some unedited pictures of the T&C from the PC.

Hopefully this is a bit easier to read!

        Many thanks
