Private car park Window PCN Authorised Vehicles

Hi all

There was a PCN put on the windscreen for the vehicle in a car park .
The entrance of the car park had a sign stating private land (see attached pic) and inside there was a sign stating vehicles authorized by landlords only.

The PCN is for £100 which will be reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.

Can this be disputed? What's the best course of action?

Just wait for the "Notice to Keeper" to arrive.
You will then have more reasons for challenging the charge
