I received a letter in the post stating that I had parked on private land. The issue is the letter came under the title as Mrs. I an not married. So I didn't even open the letters until months later as I thought it was junk mail. Now I have received a letter from a solicitor stating that I need to pay. I have looked around the property and there isn't any clear signs of the terms and conditions at what is considered readable level or even make any sense. I have been told to ignore it. In the past I got a ticket from an Iceland car park and left it (was issued in 2019) and it wasnt taken to court. But just looking for some advice as this is a solicitors letter
