Premier Park_ Parking Fine

Hi All

My sister was issued this parking fine, which she has paid because she believed it was enforceable, but I don't think it was.

Can anyone advise if it was enforceable and if not is there any way she can get her money back please?

The notice does not comply with all the provisions of PoFA 2012, so may have been successfully challenged.

However it was not a "fine" but an invoice which she has paid, and I cannot envisage Premier Park refunding her, nor is there any legal recourse.

I told her not to pay it and that I would investigate for her as I strongly did not believe it was enforceable, but she went behind my back and paid it anyway.

A lesson learnt indeed, one she will will never forget when I tell her.
