Looking for help with a parking ticket I received

Hello, I was looking for some advise on a parking ticket I received.

I received a Notice to Keeper on the 1st of March 2023 for a parking offence that occurred on the 24th January 2023, for the value of £100. The reason for this cost is because I was outside the discount period, even though I had no letter or notice prior to this. The letter also says that a notice to driver was attached to my car, but it wasn't.

I sent a letter back using a template of this forum and today I received a Final reminder. Is there anything I can do about this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The template I used is as follows:

Dear Sirs,

I have just received your Notice to Keeper xxxxx for vehicle VRM xxxx

You have failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012 namely, but not limited to, failing to deliver the notice within the relevant period of 14 days as prescribed by section 9 (4) of the Act. You cannot, therefore, transfer liability for the alleged charge from the driver at the time to me, the keeper.

There is no legal requirement to name the driver at the time and I will not be doing so.

Any further communication with me on this matter, apart from confirmation of no further action and my details being removed from your records, will be considered vexatious and harassment. This includes communication from any Debt Collection companies you care to instruct.

The postal Notice was delivered within the timeframe specified in s8(5) of Sch 4 of the Act.
