    PCN from SMART PARKING

    Hi , wondering if anyone can help , i as the reg keeper have been sent a parking ticket from Smart parking. I was not driving. Can i appeal based on the date of contravention (9/2/23) being 14 days till date issued (23/2/23) which means i could not have received in prescribed time? thanks in advance
    p.s i wanted to attach pic but cud not ?

    Post up the Notice to Keeper, front & rear, redact as necessary, leave all times & dates visible.
    I think you can do this via a hosting site (Eg Imgur).

    A legible photo of the site sign t&c's would also help.
