My partner has received the attached notice this morning. Can anyone tell me if this is legit and any grounds for appeal?

Hi, is anyone able to advise about the legality of this pcn? Admittedly my partner did overstay by 30 mins but seems excessive for the time.

I have compared the PCN with POFA 2012 Schedule 4 Sec 9 and it seems to me to be compliant.
I can see no reason why a challenge will be successful.

As a parking fee was paid I doubt it can be challenged on the basis of poor signage.

Unless others can spot an error by the parking company, I would pay the reduced amount.(however parking is not normally something i post about!)
