Hi my ex wife (I know I shouldn’t be bothered but my daughter sort my advice ) just received a letter of a fine from 16/11/21 where she stayed 5hr 41 where there’s an alleged time limit of 4 hrs this is nearly 6 months after the event will she have to pay the 60 pounds if done within 14 days or 100 pounds if not paid I always thought it would have to be sent within a timely fashion not nearly 6 months after the infringement any advice would be appreciated
