    ostell

    Previously, i searched the LB forum, and found this thread that was very similar in all elements (NCP controlled car park for GA, NTK received nearly 3 months after incident date etc);

    https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...uired-urgently

    Copying the pro forma reply from the thread, the appeal was submitted to NCP. After a few weeks the registered keeper received a final reminder. Copies of the appeal were re-submitted (both in hard copy and by email), noting to NCP that proof of postage was taken in all mailings. Today, a letter from NCP arrived to the registered keeper, rejecting the appeal (part of this letter is obscured due to the footers obscuring the text). A POPLA number has been provided. What are the grounds for appeal that have to be made to POPLA? What documents do i need to post for you to review?

    Many thanks in advance

          You appeal not relevant land, out of time and anything else you can think of. Were the signs clear etc?

          Look for POPLA appeals on here and in the pepipoo forum
