From 2018 - Followed To Now

Ive received a bailiffs letter regarding a parking contravention and I would like to know how to cancel this with a rebuttal/legalese letter.

Unpaid parking charge is £165.

Look forward to any help on this.

Sure it was a bailiffs letter? I would guess it was from Debt Collection Bailiffs Ltd. Look at the bottom of the letter. Does it say not say " not subject of bailiff action" or similar?

If it does then they are mere debt collectors and can be ignored.

But it does mean it may escalate to a court case, run by Debt Collection Bailiffs Solicitors. If you do not have the original documents then a SAR to the parking company that DCBL are acting for to retrieve them. Template in the shortcuts panel on this page

Just look out for the "Letter Before Claim"
