  • PCN - MET Parking Services

    Hi all

I recently received Notice to Registered Keeper for overstaying in a BP petrol station in North London. Summary below and also attached the PCN.

The notice states 'Max Permitted Stay' of 30 mins, and the vehicle 'Length of Stay' of 44 mins, based on their camera capturing the entry and exit.

I intend to appeal the notice, could you please advise what should I say in my appeal and your advice is much appreciated.

I have been viewing other similar posts in Legal Beagles.I notice this PCN already refer to Paragraph 9(2) of Schedule 4 of POFA 2012. What other rules could I refer to for appeal?

Also, the camera image of exit time is quite dark, can I challenge that cannot tell if the car was actually onsite?
And it was night, can I say signs in the car park are not prominent or clear from all spaces in the night?

    Thanks very much

    Can't see the PCN

Suggest you put this in the pepipoo private parking forum.
